• Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full before production.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Custom Printing Projects

• For custom orders, you are responsible for ensuring that any designs or materials submitted do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

• UnReal reserves the right to decline any project deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or unsafe.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We will make every effort to ship products within the indicated time frames; however, delays may occur. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

• Delivery charges, if any, will be specified at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the item received is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

• In the case of a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos and a detailed description.

7. Limitation of Liability

• UnReal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order or service.
