1. Processing Time

Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time depending on design complexity and order volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated before confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges

We ship across India.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, package size, and delivery speed.

Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and destination, typically ranging from 2–10 business days within India.
3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Delivery Issues

UnReal is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters).

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with claims or replacements.
Refund Policy

Because each 3D printed product is custom-made, our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Returns

Returns or cancellations are not accepted for orders as it is made on order, unless the item arrives defective or does not match the approved specifications.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, email us at somethingunreal3d@gmail.com with your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Refunds & Replacements

If the defect or error is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement, repair, or a refund—according to your preference and our assessment.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-designed products based on customer-submitted files

Items damaged due to misuse or modification after delivery
5. Shipping for Returns

If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs for accepted claims will be covered by UnReal.
